  • Peer feedback: 同事反馈(美企常见的360度评估)。

  • 赴美小贴士:准备评估前,写一个”Brag Sheet”(自我夸奖清单)。老外不流行谦虚,你不说,老板可能真的会忘记你做过的那些牛逼项目。
